Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my jewelry?

We understand your concern. While we do not accept returns at the moment, we offer exchanges for damaged items during transit or if you have received the incorrect product or size.

Just send us an email to care@lyrolla.com within 48 hours from the day you receive your parcel and simply return the item in its original condition and packaging, unworn, and we will ship a replacement to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will ensure a smooth resolution to any issues you encounter.

How do I exchange my jewelry?

To initiate an exchange, please send an email to care@lyrolla.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include the product photograph, reasons for exchange, and your request. Our dedicated team will promptly respond and provide you with step-by-step instructions for the jewelry exchange process. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and making the exchange as smooth as possible.

What if the ordered size does not fit?

If you have received an incorrect size for your order, we apologize for the inconvenience. Do you offer a warranty?

Enjoy our complimentary 6-months warranty on all jewelry pieces in our collection.

What is covered under the warranty?

Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring the quality of our jewelry. However, it does not cover physical or accidental wear and damage beyond our returns and exchanges policy. Exclusions include lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, inadequate care, discoloration from water or chemicals, prong wear, stones lost from everyday wear, natural stone inclusions, and modifications by a third party.
